Welcome the New Member of the Fifth Column: National Review

Last week, as March was leaving, just before April arrived, we posted this article on 6th Column Against Jihad. It is a companion piece to the article preceding it on the same page, Playing Us Like a Wurlitzer, and it deals with what Shakespeare called the "unkindest cut of all."

Supposedly, National Review was a staunch leader of the "right side," against Islamic jihad, liberals, and corruption. It turns out that National Review elected to become part of the problem instead of the solution regarding pressure from the Council on Arab-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to remove a book from its book sales site.

National Review, under a whiff of pressure, and led in its retreat by its editor, Rich Lowry, buckled (that is almost a pun).

THIS WAS A MAJOR VICTORY FOR CAIR, one of its biggest yet. And, this victory will have far reaching deleterious consequences. We invite you to read our article which goes into these matters.
