The World's Troublemakers: Underemployed, Inellectual, Sometimes Bored Rich Kids

Townhall columnist Thomas Sowell comments on the behaviors of rich Californians in the last election and on the intellectual elites of history, such as Karl Marx, the terror groups such as the Weathermen, and the Bader-Meinhof gang, and wealthy and elite of Britain that for some reason go Left-wing.

I would add to his list Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Carlos "the Jackal," and others whose names I can't recall at this time. You still find them in places like Berekely and on every international picket line. The all have something in common. They are wealthy, well educated, but misdirected. They became the world's troublemakers. Millions of words have been written by better than myself to explain this phenomenon; thus I won't try.

In the Muslim world we find the same phenomenon. Disaffected, disillusion, aliented, angry, and ready to rumble, looking for some place to go, something to do, someone to be. Thus, the enter the Jihad that directs their intellects and their energies to kill. They are used just as the Left has used them in the past. What a waste!
