Subverting the Constitution

Beginning during the New Deal, the Supreme Court has eaten away at our Constitutional rights, creating appalling precedents such as the recent Kelo v. New London. The framers of the Constitution are probably spinning in their graves. The "Incorporation Doctrine," allows the justices to apply personal opinion that have trumped the original intent of the founders.

The rights and privileges of our children and grandchildren as slowly going down the drain because of changes made over many decades.

Similar things are happening in the uk, Blair is trying to abolish the Shires and impose state set curriculums on three year olds.

Brave New World and 1984 combined
Maybe Bush is listening to Blair a little too much
